  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 3/4 cup 2-5% vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cups dark chocolate chips
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil
  • Flaky salt for topping

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine vanilla Greek yogurt, fresh blueberries, and chopped walnuts; stir gently until blended.
  3. Spoon dollops of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in bite-sized portions.
  4. Freeze for about 70 minutes until firm.
  5. In another bowl, melt dark chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave until smooth.
  6. Dip each frozen cluster into the melted chocolate coating and return to the baking sheet.
  7. Freeze again for an additional 10 minutes or until set.
