  • 3 medium shallots
  • 1 ripe pear
  • 16 ounces frozen peas
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 lemon (zested and juiced)
  • ½ cup chopped parsley
  • Freshly ground black pepper

  1. Peel, slice, and dice the pear; toss with lemon juice in a small bowl.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the turkey strips until golden brown. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain excess fat.
