  • ¾ cup cocoa powder
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • â…“ cup white chocolate chips (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13 inch baking pan with foil and spray with cooking spray.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the butter, then stir in the cocoa powder until smooth.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat together eggs, sugar, and vegetable oil until light and foamy. Add the melted butter mixture and vanilla extract; stir until combined.
  4. In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
  6. For decoration, fill a small ziplock bag with melted white chocolate, cut off one corner, and pipe spider webs onto the brownies.
