Raspberry Pastry Twists are a delightful treat that brings together flaky puff pastry and luscious raspberry jam for an indulgent dessert experience. Perfect for any occasion, these twists are not only visually appealing but also incredibly easy to make.

  • 2 sheets puff pastry (thawed)
  • ½ cup raspberry seedless jam (or any flavor)
  • ¼ cup flour for dusting
  • 2 tbsp confectioner’s sugar for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Lightly flour your work surface and roll out the puff pastry into a 12×16 inch rectangle.
  3. Cut the rolled pastry in half to create two rectangles.
  4. Spread ¼ cup of jam evenly over one rectangle and place the second rectangle on top, pressing down gently.
  5. Cut the pastry into ½ inch strips, then cut each strip in half lengthwise and twist them gently.
  6. Chill the twisted pastries in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes before baking them on the prepared sheet for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Allow cooling on a wire rack before dusting with confectioner’s sugar and serving.
