  • 3/4 cup canned pumpkin (not pie mix)

  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • For glaze: 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 13×9 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, vegetable oil, eggs, sour cream, pumpkin, and pumpkin pie spice. Beat with an electric mixer for about 2 minutes.
  3. Pour 2 cups of batter into the prepared pan.
