  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 7.5 oz chive & onion cream cheese spread
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese (freshly grated)
  • 1 bell pepper stem (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat together softened cream cheese, chive & onion spread, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and 1 1/4 cups of shredded cheddar until smooth.
  2. Place double-layered cling wrap on your counter; sprinkle 1/3 cup shredded cheddar on it.
  3. Scoop the cheese mixture onto the center of the cheddar layer; cover with remaining shredded cheddar.
  4. Wrap tightly in cling wrap and press gently to form a round ball.
  5. Double-wrap with rubber bands to shape into a pumpkin; chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
  6. Garnish with a bell pepper stem for presentation.
