  • 2 cups powdered sugar (for icing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a mixer, beat together eggs, sugar, vegetable oil, and pumpkin until smooth.
