  • 6 tablespoons Vegan Nutella
  • 2 medium-sized bananas
  • 3 tablespoons dairy-free milk (for wash)
  • 2 tablespoons caster sugar
  • 1 packet dairy-free white chocolate buttons
  • 2 tablespoons icing sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheets to about 1/8 inch thickness and cut into rectangles (3×4 inches).
  3. Place a tablespoon of Vegan Nutella in each rectangle's center, adding banana slices on top.
  4. Fold over the pastry and crimp edges using a fork.
  5. Cut slits on top for mummy details and brush with dairy-free milk.
  6. Sprinkle with sugar, place on parchment-lined baking sheet, and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Drizzle melted dairy-free white chocolate over cooled pies for 'eyes' and dust with icing sugar before serving.
