  • 1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 (3.9 oz) box instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 ¾ cups cold milk
  • 2 cups whipped topping

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by mixing crushed graham crackers, chopped peanuts, and melted butter. Press into a baking dish and freeze for 15 minutes.
  2. Make chocolate ganache by heating heavy cream and pouring it over chocolate chips. Stir until smooth and spread over the crust. Chill for 20 minutes.
  3. For the peanut butter cheesecake layer, beat together peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping and spread over the ganache.
  4. Prepare the chocolate mousse by whisking pudding mix with cold milk until thickened. Fold in whipped topping and spread over the cheesecake layer.
  5. Top with remaining whipped topping and drizzle melted peanut butter over it. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
