  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil (for searing)
  • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional garnish)
  • 8 slices turkey or beef Turkey Bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly oil an oven-safe skillet.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
  3. Cut pockets into each chicken breast and stuff generously with the cheese mixture. Secure with toothpicks if necessary.
  4. Wrap each chicken bomb tightly with turkey or beef bacon.
  5. Sear in the preheated skillet over medium-high heat for about 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  6. Transfer to the oven and bake for 20–25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
