  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour (for topping)
  • ¾ teaspoon ground cinnamon (for topping)
  • ¼ teaspoon salt (for topping)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted, for topping)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar (optional for glaze)
  • 2 tablespoons milk (optional for glaze)
  • ¼ teaspoon maple extract (optional for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. For the topping, mix chopped nuts, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl. Stir in melted butter until crumbly. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
