  • 6 sweet apples
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 2/3 cup oats
  • 2/3 cup pecans
  • 2 tsp coconut oil
  • 2 tsp honey

Instructions

  1. Chop apples into bite-sized pieces and sauté them in coconut oil with cinnamon and salt for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F.
  3. In a food processor, combine oats, pecans, coconut oil, honey, and a splash of water until crumbly.
  4. Spread the sautéed apples in a baking pan and top with crumble mixture.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Serve warm with yogurt or ice cream.
