  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil
  • 2/3 cup oats
  • 2/3 cup pecans
  • 2 teaspoons honey

  1. Sauté the chopped apples with cinnamon, salt, and coconut oil in a pan over medium-high heat until softened (about 2-3 minutes).
  2. Preheat oven to 180C (350F).
  3. In a food processor, blend oats, pecans, remaining coconut oil, and a tablespoon of water until crumbly.
  4. Spread sautéed apples in a lightly oiled baking pan and top with the crumble mixture.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
