Start your day off right with a delicious Egg and Ham Breakfast Sandwich, a warm and comforting meal that combines fluffy scrambled eggs, savory ham, and melted cheddar cheese, all nestled between two slices of perfectly toasted bread.

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  • 3 tablespoons butter (divided)
  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 slice of cheddar cheese
  • 2 slices of deli ham

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and pepper until well blended.
  2. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  3. Butter one side of each slice of bread with the remaining tablespoon of butter and set aside.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet, swirling to spread evenly.
  5. Place the buttered bread slices on top of the eggs, butter side up.
  6. Cook undisturbed for about 5-7 minutes until eggs are set.
  7. Carefully flip the eggs with the bread and layer one slice with cheese and ham, folding excess egg over the ham.
  8. Complete the sandwich by folding over the second slice.
  9. Flip again and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until the cheese melts and both sides are golden brown.
