  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Boil carrot rounds in salted water for 10–12 minutes until fork-tender. Drain and cool slightly.
  3. Place boiled carrots on the baking sheet and gently smash each round using the bottom of a glass.
