  • 6 cups rice Chex cereal
  • 1 cup dairy-free white chocolate chips
  • 2/3 cup No Sugar Added SunButter
  • 3 tbsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp ginger
  • 1 tbsp cardamom
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp cloves
  • 1 tsp allspice
  • 1 cup turbinado sugar or 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the spices and set aside.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips with SunButter and vanilla for about 1 minute; stir until smooth.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, add the rice Chex and pour over the melted mixture; coat evenly.
  4. In another bowl, mix together the sugar and spice blend; toss this into the cereal mix until well-coated.
  5. Spread on a baking sheet lined with wax paper and refrigerate for 4 hours to set.
