- 13.8 oz refrigerated pizza dough
- 3 black olives (for eyes)
- Piece of red bell pepper (for tongues)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- Preheat your oven to 350° F (175° C).
- Prepare snake features by cutting the black olives into small pieces for eyes and slicing the red bell pepper into forked tongues.
- Unroll the pizza dough on a clean surface and cut it into 12 equal strips.
- Roll each strip into 12-inch ropes, tapering one end for the tail and flattening the other end for the head.
- Wrap each rope around a greased wooden chopstick or metal straw and brush with olive oil, sprinkling with poppy and sesame seeds.
- Add olive pieces for eyes on each head.
- Bake on parchment-lined baking sheets for about 11-15 minutes until golden brown.
- While warm, insert pieces of red pepper into each flat-headed snake to create realistic tongues.
