  • 5 Tablespoons salted butter (softened)
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2 ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ cup instant vanilla pudding mix
  • â…“ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 Tablespoon Greek yogurt
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • â…› teaspoon of salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the blackberry filling by cooking blackberries, sugar, cornstarch, salt, and water until thickened. Set aside to cool.
  2. Activate the yeast by combining it with warm water and sugar until frothy.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk, melted butter, Greek yogurt, egg, and activated yeast.
  4. Gradually stir in flour until a soft dough forms; knead until smooth.
  5. Let the dough rise in a warm area until doubled in size (about 60 minutes).
  6. Roll out the dough and spread the cooled blackberry filling evenly over it.
  7. Sprinkle softened butter and cinnamon-sugar mixture over the filling before rolling up tightly.
  8. Cut into rolls and let them rise again for about 30 minutes.
  9. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Prepare frosting by mixing cream cheese with powdered sugar and reserved blackberry filling; spread over warm rolls.
