  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • ½ cup mixed fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries)
  • ½ cup walnuts, roughly chopped
  • ¼ cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Fresh thyme sprigs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Halve and core the pears, placing them cut-side up on the baking sheet. Brush each pear with melted butter.
  3. Bake the pears for 15-20 minutes until tender but still holding their shape. Allow to cool slightly.
